  Not worth the rent we have had a roach. Since the day we moved in. It took 6 phone calls to finally have someone properly fix our air conditioner and the area is very noisy. My boyfriend and I were walking across the street and almost got run over and there were no security guards to help even though they tell you they are there to help they are not.

  Horrible place to live, for those who are looking for a place, look somewhere else. There is really no upside, people who give positive review are probably from the front office. The place is dirty and noisy, to make the matter worse, the place is filled with cockroach that never seem to go away even though I never cook or bring food home; this apartment complex worth around half the price they are charging you at most. On top of that, the air conditioner is old and broken more often than functional, need to be fix way too often. Maintainance is sluggish and the most common response from the leasing office is "we don't do that here" or "that's not how we do things" to 90% of complaint. Can't wait to get out of here in 2 months
